The Kahunas of Hawaii became the custodians of an ancient and powerful knowledge, taught by word of mouth and preserved in chants using an ancient earth language which many of us remember at a deep cellular level. That language today is known as Hawaiian.
Hidden or kept secret for many years this powerful knowledge, known as Huna, is now becoming available once again through teachers all over the world.
Huna is the esoteric philosophy of Polynesia embodied in Seven Principles and assumptions about life that can be applied to any activity or endeavour.
The Seven Principles
Ike - The World Is What You Think It Is (so be aware of your beliefs)
Kala - There Are No Limits (so be free to change your mind)
Makia - Energy Flows Where Attention Goes (so focus on what you want)
Manawa - Now Is The Moment Of Power (so be focused in the present and increase your energy)
Aloha - To Love Is To Be Happy With (so be happy and bless the present)
Mana - All Power Comes From Within (so be strong and trust yourself)
Pono - Effectiveness Is The Measure Of Truth (so be excellent and expect the best)

Five assumptions derived from the Seven Principles are especially useful in life and are part of the Shamanic Tradition of Hawaii.
The Five Assumptions
Everything is Alive (and can be communicated with).
Everything seeks Harmony.
Everything seeks Love.
Everything seeks Power.
Everything has Free Will.
There are also four levels of relating to life or with the world:
The Four Levels
1st level: Everything is Separate
2nd level: Everything is Connected
3rd level: Everything is a Dream
4th level: Everything is One
